Skevos the head chef here has some wonderful dishes on his menu that use Cypriot produce but in a different way. And restaurant is in the old town of Limassol near the Castle, so romantic.

I wish there was one of these in every village and town in Cyprus, they are true ambassadors of all that is the best of Cyprus. The food is wonderful a mix of ancient and modern recipes, they have the most comprehensive Cypriot wine cellar and also the only Comandaria bar in the world, I would eat there every night if I could.
This is my friend Roddy’s restaurant, he makes the most amazing modern, fusion Cypriot cuisine, I love his food, I dream about his ‘Duck with Kathithaki’. Be warned, you must book in advance as he is always busy. Oh and buy his book it is full of the most wonderful recipes.

I love all that Eli does at Jar, all the produce is local and she makes THE most amazing marmalades, my whole crew went crazy for her orange & lemongrass marmalade, I love her fig chutney with blue cheese. She does workshops and tasting, and is always on hand to help. Whatever time of year you go to Cyprus, this is a MUST place to visit.
John Adams is passionate about chocolate and he sells chocolate with a flavour of Cyprus, lokumi chocolate, klyko chocolate and my favourite coumandaria chocolate. He also runs workshops which are great fun.
