We’ve spent approximately seven minutes over the course of our lives thinking about what type of olive oil we should use – our mother’s always had extra virgin, so that’s what we use.
However it turns out that our choice in olive oil could actually be having a bigger impact than we think, and there’s a new-ish kid on the block is shaking things up in the world of food and nutrition.
